Description
This was taken using a tripod and a long exposure setting one night in Melbourne. I wasn't quite sure whether the effect was going to work. In the end I was relatively pleased with the shot, however, I do think that the composition could be better.

I agree that the top of this photo (the black sky) could be cropped, I think it would enhance this slightly. Otherwise, a fine photo indeed!
